Our white collar crime practice is involved in all stages of criminal matters, from the first hint
of potential wrongdoing to final appeals. We defend against allegations related to financial
fraud, , bribery, corruption , healthcare and other matters, to helping companies proactively
prevent misconduct. Our white collar crimes practice commences from the time of
preliminary investigation, as we believe that taking steps to defend and ring fence
commences much prior to the stages of arrest and bail. We represent clients across sessions
courts/magistrate courts, other special courts, High Courts and the Supreme Court.
The touchstone of our effort is to be aggressively proactive in implementing strategies to
prevent criminal charges from being filed or failing that, to fight vigorously any charges that
may be brought against our clients.
